How far ahead should I reserve?
At least 48 hours, and 72 hours for weekends, holidays and full-day experiences. We take a limited number of guests each day so we can plan properly and offer access others can't. For anything sooner, message us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How does pricing work?
Tell us your plan and we send an approximate quote for your date, car and experience. On full-day services, your host can adjust the plan live, and the quote adjusts with it. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Is this a car rental?
No. You reserve a private car with a professional chauffeur, and for hosted experiences a local host who plans and joins your day. We never hand over keys.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track every flight live and adjust your pickup automatically. Your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with your name.
Can you get restaurant tables and show tickets?
Yes. Tell us what you'd like when you request a quote and your host will arrange reservations, tickets and private access where possible.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Choose "My guests" in the request, and we'll coordinate directly with your guest while keeping you updated.
Do you go outside New York City?
We cover all NYC airports, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut, plus full-day trips to the Hamptons and the Hudson Valley.
